Preferred Vendor Accounts
Our Preferred Vendor Accounts program provides assistance with purchasing nearly all of the products and services needed to operate a hotel. Our goal is to take the guesswork out of ordering and save you time and money at the same time, ensuring the best quality for our guests.
We've negotiated special pricing for our franchisees, based on potential volume purchasing. With specifications from our Design and Construction department, we select only those vendors who best meet their needs. Information on all of our preferred vendors, including contact information and pricing is made available to our franchisees through our Online Preferred Vendor Accounts Catalog. Franchisees are encouraged to take advantage of our program, known for its simplicity and cost-effectiveness.
In addition to offering franchisees the opportunity to purchase products individually from preferred vendors, we have arranged for a purchasing company to provide services for ordering FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) and all products including OS&E (operating supplies and equipment). For a small 5% fee, the purchasing company will coordinate delivery to the job site, monitor orders and recommend installers.
