Field Operations
Field Operations provides on-site assistance for all operational and training needs. Our Field Operations Managers are located regionally and offer the most face-to-face contact with your hotel.
- Up to three weeks of on-site pre-opening and post-opening training for employees and managers, including employee hospitality and management operations training and sales and marketing analysis to maximize rate and occupancy.
- Additional operations support visits upon request, including new general manager orientations, capital expenditure assessments, and revenue management assistance.
