With a Windows®-based interface, Voyager Hotel® is an easy-to-use, easy-to-train product for the central reservation office and at the hotel level. Microtel hotels use the Voyager tool, Voyager Hotel, for instant Internet access to manage their own rates and inventory in the CRS, reservation reporting and hotel information.

The GM Help Desk assists hotels with rate and inventory questions and general reservations help. Microtel's Hotel Technology Group assists hotels to get the most out of our technology. Its mission is to help generate revenue, reduce errors, and speed up and simplify the reservation process. It supports the property's Reservation Interface and provides answers to questions regarding interfaces to the CRS and the interface for reservation delivery. It also answers questions about other technology projects, such as Perot's Travel Agency Commission System (TACS) and the MicroPass frequency program, and supports the wireless high-speed Internet access network deployed in all hotels.
