Our franchise agreement offers low transfer fees ($10,000 vs. standard application fee criteria for other brands) and a guaranteed area of protection. Unlike most franchisors, Hawthorn Suites does not have unlimited power. For example, any change in standards requiring a substantial investment by franchisees needs the approval of 66% of open hotels in our system.
